Summary/Abstract: Knowledge today is the most important resource that ensures the competitive advantage of every organization. Therefore, adequate management of this resource is necessary. In the modern business environment, organizations turn to the knowledge they possess to improve their business, make as efficient decisions as possible and achieve the highest efficiency and quality of business. The concept of knowledge management is aimed directly at improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization in order to successfully anticipate and create their business future. It is the only way to turn the challenges and dangers of an unpredictable business environment into an opportunity for a successful business organization and thus gain a competitive advantage.
