Summary/Abstract: In the article the author analyzes, initially, some of the essential and traditional postulates of Labor Law, as a starting point to delve into the characteristics of thenew labor scenarios. Based on the characterization of these new scenarios, some of theircauses and the assessment of part of their essential elements, some formulations areexpressed on how to apply the essential principles of this branch of knowledge and doing in new and diverse spaces labor, and assumes the challenge of making considerations of how the application of these principles of Labor Law itself can be made feasible in the new anddiverse labor scenarios, although to a certain extent in expressing these considerations theneed to reformulate part of the general theory of Labor Law, as a way of ratifying the validity and necessity of said postulates or guidelines.
