Summary/Abstract: In the third month (March 8 / March) of the second decade, the third millennium is 20 years since the formation of the Brčko District, as a single administrative unit of local self-government, under the sovereignty of the State of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The specific status of this administrative unit is a unique way of dealing with problematic and traumatic conditions in the eternally flammable South Slavic area. One rather sensitive issue of the constituency of the three peoples has been resolved through a satisfactory ratio of the use of three languages and two letters, as well as equal representation in organs and bodies, and other manifesting characteristics. Almost, along with the process of creation of the Brčko District, the renovated Theater Festival of the Theaters / Theaters of BiH was rising. All that was incorporated by the District, and above all three languages, became and became a dominant feature, as well as a sign of recognition of the theatrical festival duration. In this way, the theaters / theaters meetings became a kind of metaphor for the Brčko District. All that was established by the Brcko District was metaphorically described by the Meetings of theaters / theaters, and were, and still are, culturally and socially, some sort of transmitter of the intentions and ideas of this unique local administrative unit.
