ICT and New Trends in the Process of Proving in Misdemeanor Proceedings

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to outline the correlation between technological development in the field of ICT and evidence in administrative offense proceedings. For this purpose, the authors first point out the most frequently administrative offenses committed using ICT and in the second part of the paper deal with the usability of information from the Internet environment, respectively evidence obtained from the using of ICT in the process of taking evidence in the context of judicial case law.
