Summary/Abstract: The scientific research in this paper, refers to all the negative aspects of the transport system in Romania and the consequences of its pollution. Because the phenomenon of pollution has visible effects on the environment and human health, these features have been sustained over the years by multiple research. We wanted to bring ecological public procurement to the forefront as a concept to combat or ameliorate the phenomenon. The presented version of the Body of Pollutant Emissions Pollutant Emissions from Pollutant Categories, the Diseases Caused by Them, The Situation Version of a Romania Time in the Face of the Manifestation of These Evolutions, the Applied Procedures for Combating Air Pollution and Presenting Public Procurement Ecological Implementation Approximately Alternative in Romania in the public transport system. He has been chosen for research in the field of transport because it, as an industry or agriculture, has a large increase in pollution and unbalance in the functionality of the urban ecosystem.
