THE CONTRIBUTION OF THE VOCAL SOLOISTS OF THE FLUERAS FOLK MUSIC ORCHESTRA LED BY S.LUNCHEVICI IN THE PROMOTING OF THE NATIONAL MUSIC CULTURE AT INTERNATIONAL LEVEL

Summary/Abstract: This article refers to the performing art and artistic activities of the vocalist soloists of the famous orchestra of popular music «Fluieraș» led by the renowned musician Sergei Lunchevici, People’s Artist of the USSR. Today, the National Philharmonic of the Republic of Moldova bears his name. The article is focused on four singers — Tamara Ciobanu, Gheorghe Esanu, Nicolae Sulac and Zinaida Julea — that brought an incontestable contribution to the spread of national musical culture and Bessarabian folklore on a worldwide scale.
