Summary/Abstract: The problem of communication between courts (judiciary) and the media is analyzed. It is noted that in a democracy, both institutions are interested in effective interaction: the judicial system - in the objectivity and completeness of coverage of their work, and journalists - in that they do not interfere in their activities to collect and disseminate information about courts and judges. The directions of cooperation between courts and the media are proposed.
