Summary/Abstract: This article offers an interpretation of the term culture (what we mean by culture today) and readings of theories from T. S. Eliot to Yuval Noah Harari. It explores the relationship between culture and politics, culture and the modern man, and the local vs. the global. It shows the culture as a platform for the main characters for both creation and destruction.
