Summary/Abstract: This article include the problems of genesis and role religion element to formation of conscience in thought Benedict XVI. Article shows sphere of conscience, in which a man can discover moral law, both natural and given. It is where the pre-cognition of principles governing moral values as well as the decisions concerning their practice in life take place. The revelation of God and His experience is fundamental to the values and norms there are a challenge to human will. Shaping of one’s conscience should be associated with the ability to perceive how moral order is being revealed in conscience and with the fact that it is a part of all people’s shared experience. This is so as, according to the Pope, moral order in a person and in social life is closely bound with supernatural order, which is revealed to men as Truth and God’s authority. We experience this Love through listening to the Word of God, faith development, prayer and participation in the sacraments, especially reconciliation and the Eucharist.
