Summary/Abstract: Changes in the Russian foreign policy after the September 11th terror acts in the USA make political scientists and international relations analysts reconsider the priorities. Although there is no exhaustive geopolitical research done on changes in Russian foreign policy after the September 11th. The aim of this article is to analyze the geopolitical orientation of Russian foreign policy after terrorist attacks in the USA.
