National Library of Serbia During the State of Emergency Declared on the Occasion of the COVID 19 Pandemic

Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with description of the work process organization, as well as the results of the National Library of Serbia achieved during the state of emergency declared on the occasion of the COVID 19 pandemic. The workflow of NLS departments, necessary infrastructure to work remotely, as well as the application of epidemiological measures to protect employees, users and the book fund are also described.
