THE US, RUSSIA AND CHINA, THREE HUBS IN THE COMMUNICATION FLOWS DIAGRAM

Summary/Abstract: During the last 20 years, the geopolitical context went through numerous changes, marked by the globalization effects on the human being. The process of global communication has been influenced not only by the geopolitical changes and the globalization itself but also by the many events, with a major impact on the evolution of the world society, at the beginning of the third millennium. As well as the beginning of the 20th century was marked by the Spanish Flu, in 1918-1919, the end of the second decade of the 21st century was affected by another pandemic state, provoked by SARS CoV-2, which generated not only the biggest world sanitary crisis of current times but also it will create a global economic crisis, due to the measures imposed by authorities in order to reduce the risks of contamination. In November 2020, the lack of a vaccine to prevent the contamination still produces effects on the global society, which will be noticeable on all social life aspects, during the next period of time.
