Summary/Abstract: A legal education program, as a general rule, is implemented in the educational systems of all European countries analysed in this article. Most often, however, as it is in Poland, it is not a separate school course, but legal topics are integrated with various school subjects. If a separate school subject called “Legal education” appears in school curricula, it is most often taught in general education schools as an optional course or in vocational and technical secondary schools - as a course supplementing the knowledge of the future graduate about the legal aspects of the profession taught.
