Summary/Abstract: The article deals with agriculture sciences establishment in the Western European countries and its influence on the development of other sciences. After analyzing the scope of scholarly articles, we found out that the second part of the ХІХ century was a critical period in agriculture sciences establishment. During this period, numerous scholarly articles were published, focusing on the theoretical aspect of agricultural education. Germany, Austria and France were the countries that played a crucial role in the development of agriculture as a science. However, this development was not entirely sustainable till the XX-th century.
