Aspects of the right to a healthy environment

Summary/Abstract: The author presents aspects of the domestic legislation related to the environment, in terms of the right to a healthy environment. He pays particular attention to the regulations in the field of water and the forests, while warning about the policies in the field and also about certain negative practices of law violation and the need to improve the control upon its application and observance. The protection of the environment is dealt with in terms of the right to health and the obligation of providing a sustainable management of the resources and the wastes.
