Summary/Abstract: This paper analyzes the benefits and risks of artificial intelligence and examines some of the solutions provided by GDPR to a data subject in front of decisions based on automated processing, including profiling. This paper speaks about power and control, focusing on an ethical and balances approach in the development of the intelligent systems of the future. In section 1, we discussed the benefits and risks of artificial intelligence, in section 2A we analyzed the context of AI development and the impact on human rights, in section 2B we analyzed the risks of profiling and decisions based on automated processing. In section 3 we discussed about some of the legal solutions for the exercise of human rights in relation to artificial intelligence.
