The obligations of the controllers regarding the processing of personal data applicable to the external health service and safety and security (SSM) and medical centres of occupational health

Summary/Abstract: In the context of the COVID 19 pandemic, special emphasis was placed on the collaboration between the controller (employer) and the external occupational health and safety service (OSH) but also with the occupational medicine doctor, especially in the case of epidemiological triage of employees and their thermal scanning. Through this article we emphasize the fact that one of the most important and sensitive aspects are the employees involved in the processing of personal data. Employees are the biggest risk to the organization regarding security breaches and therefore one of the most effective methods to mitigate this risk is continuing education and work procedures.
