Summary/Abstract: This paper aims to provide an insight into different aspects of ethics in military organization. It will start by defining and differentiating theories used in the study of Ethics. This will be followed by a discussion on the need of Ethics in military and a description of different models used in selected military services of the world. Chapter 2 will deliberate on the practical problems faced by personnel in making ethical decisions, both in conventional as well as unconventional warfare. Chapter 3 suggests solutions to the problems discussed in Chapter 2.
