Summary/Abstract: In this paper we aim to analyze a presentation of the means that have emerged over time for the repression of international violence, in an attempt to regain world peace and tranquility. The study follows the evolution of international crimes starting from the conflict situation existing in the XIX-XX centuries. We will present the work of the International Criminal Court, its efforts to convict crime, and we will emphasize the importance of deepening international criminal law, promoting decision-making integrity and revitalizing interstate judicial cooperation. These things can be achieved through awareness, and the beginning of this approach is to fully understand world diplomacy.
