Negligence in storing information

Summary/Abstract: In this paper we examined the crime of negligence in keeping information, given the pre-existing elements of the crime, its constitutive content, with emphasis on the subjective side, as well as some more favourable procedural and criminal law enforcement issues. Although the crime with a similar marginal title was provided in the previous Criminal Code, there are elements of differentiation between the two regulations that were mentioned, which are of major importance in terms of the operation of individualization of criminal law to be applied to the active subject of the offence. The paper is part of a university course to be published in the future at a publishing house recognized in the field. The examination can be useful for students of specialized faculties in the country, as well as practitioners in the field.
