Summary/Abstract: Converting the threats that may occur today into an opportunity, causes a different structure with each passing day, and depends on the effective use of resources that are owned. The most important of these resources is human resources. The employees who involve in all processes and contributes to the efficiency of the organization with their actions and activities, identifies with the organization they have worked with. They also contribute positively to the organization. In the case of the contrary, they lose ties with the organization or weaken and cause alienation. In this study, the main purpose is to determine the impact of human resources practices on organizational identification and organizational alienation. In line with this idea, data have been obtained using survey technique on 298 personnel working in the two selected regional directorates of a globally active business in the Turkish market. The data have analyzed with the SPSS program. According to the findings obtained from the analysis, it has been determined that human resources practices affect organizational identification in a positive way, but they have an impact on organizational alienation negatively.
