Summary/Abstract: The pilot study was aimed at answering the problem question: what actions undertaken by the director determine the building culture of the kindergarten? In detail, it was about learning the importance of stimulating the professional development of teachers, their creativity, care for teachers social affairs, and the multitude of additional activities (educational services) for building the preschool's organizational culture.
