Summary/Abstract: Adopting a style of management is entirely conditioned by the psychology of the manager. In the manager’s activities, the temperament is manifested during the process of communication, perception, memory, speed of thought, affectivity. There is a psychological connection between the adoption of the style of management and the type of temperament by the managers of the Ministry of the Internal Affairs. MIA’s middle level managers have styles of management focused on people and tasks. Managers manifest the Sanguine temperamental type. For managers, the personality of subordinates is of great importance, focusing on their well-being, maintaining fruitful attitudes with subordinates and, at the same time, obtaining results in the activity.
