Summary/Abstract: Deepening and widening the studies and the research related to the complex issue of the balance between the various rights and freedoms, as well as between these and the duties or responsibilities, is a necessity with the identification and the adequate resolution of the possible conflicts that may occur among them. In her study, the author deals with the relationship between the freedom of expression and the protection of juveniles, particularly in the field of the audiovisual, in the light of the international and the domestic regulations, at the level of the Constitution and the specific legislation, which she presents and examines. Particular attention is paid to the norms and trends in the European Union.
