Summary/Abstract: In the autumn of 2018, in the vicinity of Voloave village, Soroca District, a hoard of handicraft tools was discovered, consisting of 19 ironand bronze objects. The conditions of discoveryof the hoard are not entirely clear. According tothe finder, the hoard was found north of the village, on the right side of the Soroca-Voloave road,about 200 m from the forest edge. Surveys at theindicated place did not bring additional information or traces of an archaeological site nearby.Based on the purpose of the artifacts, the hoardincluded forging and jewelry craft tools (16 objects), carpentry tools (2 objects), and a fragmentof an agricultural tool.
