Summary/Abstract: The article considers, taking into account the historical background, the circumstances and reasons for the resettlement of representatives of the Wallachian family of Corbea to Ukraine-Hetmanate. Special attention is paid to the diplomatic activities of the brothers David and Feodor Corbea, and in particular to the new career opportunities of Feodor and his son Mikhail Korbe, who owned estates in the Pereyaslav Regiment.
