Summary/Abstract: This text is a reflection and contribution to what is related to the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus. Innovative education and online learning platforms were marginalized in various areas, especially in education, and to name more precisely in the Slovak education environment. These platforms are being used for education through different levels of schools during the time of global pandemic. This crisis was unpredictable and has affected all areas of being, including communication. All people in our society must be protected from the spread of coronaviruses in the spirit of a dominant motto – stay at home. Now more than ever we have to adapt to a massive way of this new situation. Digital capabilities and the online environment have become our unique tool for receiving, transmitting, sharing a streaming different information.
