They have at their disposal / have access to several styles of speech (standard, literary, colloquial, traditional etc.). In certain contexts, speakers could add a touch of euphemism, since phraseological units – including those that denote unpleasant aspects of human existence – as complex linguistic units, have penetrated into all areas of activity, reflecting certain attitudes. Taboo represents the main source of euphemistic expression.
