Summary/Abstract: The spread of the Covid-19 virus, quickly took almost the entire globe, being considered as pandemic, which defied all layers such as states, health professions and even educational ones. The well-known Covid-19 pandemic in Kosova officially appears with the first cases in early March 2020. Apart from other institutions which were closed almost immediately, educational institutions of all levels of the Republic of Kosova did not escape from this. The challenge in education was related to the way of continuing education, in order to conclude the school year 2019/20. Although sufficient unprepared, the Ministry of Education with difficulty started organizing distance learning (online), through video recordings which it broadcast on public television RTK. For the advancement in the quality of education at all levels in the Republic of Kosovo, it was a period of summer holidays which due to the downfall of the Government elected by the people in 2019, a majority is camouflaged which brought incompetent people to the Ministry of Education, who did not work professionally to get prepared for advanced and qualitative education in the beginning of a new school year (2020/21). In these circumstances teachers found themselves faced with an unimaginable challenge of distance learning. Parents were anxious about providing conditions for their children to attend lessons from home, while pupils and students of all levels were going through one of the challenges that will affect their educational development, for their lifelong careers. During the research were included (n = 15) teachers, distributed in (n = 10) municipalities of the Republic of Kosova. According to the findings of this study, the new circumstances created after the spread of Covid-19, including changes in education, have caused a number of concerns among students, parents and teachers in Kosova. Findings from the study confirm the common concerns of the two reporting groups in the study, in relation to student assessment, concerns and overload, as well as assessments of the inadequacy of the teaching conducted so far. The findings of this study confirm the willingness and motivation of teachers to advance their knowledge and skills, and to contribute in the advancement of the education quality.
