Summary/Abstract: The valley of the river Turija, with its biographical features, represents an exceptional natural resource of the Tuzla region. The diversity and richness of the area along with the richness of forest communities and watercourses provide great opportunities for a diverse wildlife. The greatest biological potential is in the fact that this area is still characterized by a high degree of preservation. The valleys of the rivers Turija and Spreca together with the hydro-accumulation Modrac represent a valuable part of the natural heritage of the Tuzla region
