Summary/Abstract: In the era of high technology, which many consider the beginning of the 21stcentury, its application has found a place in our lives with all its positive and negativebenefits, so fast that high technology has become a topic of today and not somethingthat will bring us the future. We approached closer to the phenomenon of high-techcrime which by its characteristics is transnational and international. Thus stressed to theneed for taking over a global action through closer international cooperation in the legalsphere as well as in the fight against high-tech crime, because without harmonizationof measures and activities and without rapid and efficient exchange of evidence andinformation it is very likely a greater number of crimes to remain unpunished.
