Summary/Abstract: In this paper, first of all we will present Linguistic variation in Romanian language (LVLR) and Kabatek’s theory. Then we will formulate a methodology for the lexical availability in Romanian language. This subject is not new; it originated in France in 1950s and it studies the words that spring to our mind in response to a ‘topic prompt’ (the countryside, the city, food and drink, clothes etc.).
