Summary/Abstract: The article presents the results of the work obtained after deepening the legal notions from the perspective of legislative evolution both nationally and internationally, trying to emphasize the importance of the authority of the special criminal investigation bodies, from the perspective of legislative amendments to the Romanian Criminal Code and the Romanian Criminal Procedure Code, as well as from the perspective of the decisions of the Constitutional Court of Romania.
