Summary/Abstract: There are a lot of researches on corruption, its causes as well as its consequences. Informal relations, more or less, are an integral part of every society. The specificity of the potential relatedness between informal relations and corruption is especially important in transitional and post-conflict societies, which are the most susceptible to social deviations. On the other hend, the civil society represented in this case through the media and the non-governmental organizations, can be considered a strong barrier to negative influences. Is this so? When do the managerial representatives in the media and non-governmental sector think of these informal relations and networks? What do they think of the possibility of informal networks "feeding" corruption? Do informal networks have an impact on the media and non-governmental organizations, if so, in what way and is that an issue?
