Summary/Abstract: In terms of adjusted market dynamics and continuous changes that come from the environment, human resource management is a business and developing philosophy that focuses man as the bearer of values and generator of new ideas. The changes that happen in the environment are very fast, strong and radical than they happen in the past. In order to respond to these challenges, the organization must find new and improved ways of using the resources and skills of employees, thereby they contribute for increasing her ability and value. Therefore, contemporary organizations within the functions of human resource management are more concerned with the training of its employees. By creating conditions and opportunities for training of employees in the organization, there is room to expand their knowledge and skills in order to better perform their tasks. In this paper is elaborated the question of the relationship between training of employees and organizational performance in the Republic of Noth Macedonia. This paper recognizes the role and importance of training of employees on the success of organizations in the country. The sample in this paper consists of 48 successful small, medium and large organizations from private sector who have investing in training of their employees. In this study, primary data were obtained using a structured questionnaire, and data analysis was performed using the statistical program SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Sciences)
