Summary/Abstract: Momro outlines the key themes currently bearing on the humanities with regard to the challenges that humanity faces as a species that destroys the planet. His main thesis is that the humanities must reformulate their ways of legitimising and creating knowledge and truth procedures. Momro highlights the essential elements of the biological, technological, environmental and climate crisis in the context of the discursive and political crisis that emerges with the revival of the apocalyptic imagination.
