Summary/Abstract: The paper describes the process of stabilizing the post-crisis situation and the implementation of the project approach to resolving the situation. The project approach is essential from the point of achieving the objective of stabilizing the situation, monitoring the process of its basic stages which have effects on the process of meeting deadlines and spending resources. At the same time, it is evident that the only successful way to stabilize the situation after the resolution of the crisis is to define the process as the project of execution phases, which leads to an efficient organization recovery.
