Summary/Abstract: If we set the starting point in a way that hybrid action is actually a model of the expansion of influence in which sophisticated activities for information and media operations are used, and subversive interest, then it is inevitable to determine its premises. The author presents the basic criteria according to which the hybrid action, in most cases, is to be categorized in the horizontal and vertical sense within the object itself (state, community, system). Hybrid action always has the strategic goals of influencing or redirecting political processes. Today's media, information, propaganda political context in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and open destruction and mistrust in state institutions create a good atmosphere for accepting misinformation that may have a certain strategic impact. When the strategic impact begins to give results then it is necessary to speak" and/or" of hybrid warfare. ???
