Summary/Abstract: Alija Isakovic published the Bosnian-Herzegovinian anthology of travelogues ''Hodoljublja'' 1973 in Sarajevo. It was 'selection from love' which used today as a source of information for researchers. It includes: Glossary, Documents for the Bibliography of B&H travelogues 1842-1970; Remarks; Index and preface appropriately written in the literary, historical and aesthetic sense. He included not only writers but also journalists, reporters and observers in book, anything as story, description of a place and evidence of encounters with people what provided it is all rolled into one in a creative and subjective manner. But there is one characteristic which makes text specific: not onlz places and people but also the traveller himself are the subject of his travelogues. This feature makes Isakovic's work with the existential issue of human life as a modern, contemporary travelogue. The best details are those that match the existential circumstances with spiritual, metaphysical desire and pain embodied int he fact that everything happens only 'once'.
