Summary/Abstract: Food security in the African and Sub-Saharan area is a special important subject for the World Health Organization as the growing population, the lack of minimum storage, handling and storage conditions for food, is a major danger to end-consumers. Although the African agricultural area sums up an important percentage in the economy of the month, but without complying with the standard food safety minima, failing to implement safe-quality processes can not be capitalized to its true value.
