Summary/Abstract: Preparing a teacher for each teaching unit requires a thoughtful approach. The application and active use of the teacher's competencies is presented by the teacher's individual conception of education. The nature of the individual concept of teaching influences the process of upbringing and education. In the text, we focus on the influence of the individual concept of the teacher on the rules in the school and classroom environment. We focus on behavioral, humanities and socio-cognitively oriented individual conception of teaching. In the context of these views on the teacher, the concept of teaching defines their impact on the issue of school rules, standards, principles, guidelines that need to be respected in the school environment.
