Summary/Abstract: Communication is a part of every process inside of business organizations. People as the main potential are credited for good performance in communication, without it, it is impossible to imagine any kind of aspect of successfully business. With good communication, we are developing good interpersonal relations, which are effecting to the working atmosphere of every organization, and beside that, on motivation and satisfaction of every employee. Foundation of research problem in this paper is defining importance of communication as a foundation for interpersonal relations in business organizations. As a part of the research, the survey was conducted on 80 respondents. The main objective of the survey was to find the easiest and most effective way to redesign communication flow inside of business organizations for the purpose of achieving quality interpersonal relations. Additionally, for the same purpose, there are defined terms such as communication and interpersonal relations, specific way of communication based on types of personality, as a potential model for redesign the way of communication. The primary source of data for empirical research was collected by conducting the survey. The research confirmed that 50% of respondents believe that communication is a foundation of good interpersonal relations. On the other side, 95% of respondents distinctly appreciate good interpersonal relations inside of their business organization. This paper contributes to better understanding of problematic of how really communication effect to interpersonal relations, and all of that for one specific goal, to keep employees inside of organizations that are working in.
