Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is a theoretical analysis of the starting points that led the authors to create and realize an experiential project called (E)motion, the content of which is the creation of experiences through physical activities and creative dance. Dance and movement bring fun, playfulness, intense perception and interpretation of music and aesthetic experience. The activities used allow participants to experience different emotions at different intensities, but also lead to better self-knowledge and self-confidence.
