Motivations of Young people to Work in the Police – in the Light of Own Research

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the results of the author’s own research on the motivations of young people to work in the police. The study was carried out at the Police Training Center in Legionowo with the participation of 56 people. Among other things, questions were asked about the satisfaction with the chosen profession, internal and external factors that influenced the respondents’ particular choice. The analysis is supported by charts.
