Public‑private partnership as a part of the public procurement system in Poland

Summary/Abstract: The paper looks at the legal and operational differences between public‑private partnership projects, public procurement, public works and services concessions in the context of their position in the national public procurement system. Public‑private partnership plays a key role in the Polish public procurement system, however it differs from traditional public procurement and concessions. The authors analyse links between mentioned tools, in particular these arising from the procedures for selecting a private partner in public‑private projects.
