Summary/Abstract: When we talk about job insecurity, it is essential to analyze the very nature of this phenomenon. This article dedicated to precarious work wants to describe the nature of this phenomenon, using the most common situations in society, the old conflict between market demand and the lack of skilled workers. This conflict is accompanied by risk and insecurity, which strengthens the precariousness of labor relations. So, precariousness has, in addition to the legislative component, a psychological component that can generate various dysfunctions and long-term repercussions.
