Summary/Abstract: As cyber domain is more active and intensively operated all over the world, the cyber experts and the international legal community are of the opinion that the legal authority in cyberspace will be an issue that attention should be drawn to in the near future. Sovereignty – the concept that the acts and subjects within a certain territory are subject solely to the authority of the said territory and nobody outside it – becomes a far more complex term where there are no physical lines. A part of the problem is that cyber domain is still so new that the international community has yet to develop defi nitions and actions. As cyber domain is more active and intensively operated all over the world, the cyber experts and the international legal community are of the opinion that the legal authority in cyberspace will be an issue that attention should be drawn to in the near future.
