Summary/Abstract: The Austrian model of concentrated administrative justice has recently gone through significant changes that lead to an establishment of a specialized two ‑instance administrative jurisdiction and concurrently caused also a replacement of administrative appeals as a secondary authority in administrative proceedings. In the Czech Republic, there have been currently similar debates on a necessity of a creation of administrative justice separated and independent from ordinary courts and also an elimination of acces to Supreme administrative court. Could be the reform in Austria inspiration also for the Czech system?
