Summary/Abstract: The state of emergency established throughout Romania as a necessary measure adopted to limit the infection of the population with SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus - following the spread of the new coronavirus worldwide and the declaration of "Pandemic" by the World Health Organization on 11.03.2020 - it called for urgent, exceptional measures to be taken, which have left a strong mark on all aspects of daily life.Transports - considered to be the “blood” of the economy - is severely affected, the measures taken by the Military Ordinances amending important provisions of the normative acts in the field of transport, being applicable throughout the state of emergency.
