Summary/Abstract: Article 52.b) of the Workers’ Statute establishes as cause of objective dismissal the lack of adaptation of the employee to the technology/technique modificationstaken place in his/her workplace. Objective circumstance that is able to be put forward onthe part of the employer in case of the employee does not adapt to the technique/technologychanges occurred in the job after the post COVID new forms of work.
